FREE sessions for members who'd like to learn how to effectively practice Pilates in the stretch room on their own. Clare will show you a series of practices which can help enhance your training, recover tight and tired muscles, promote recovery and give you a sense of well being. All equipment is provided. Sessions are limited to 5, please make sure you cancel if you cannot make it so someone else can use the space.
